Let’s Play with Food!
I help families and children celebrate every meal through fun, hands-on cooking lessons and food coaching programmes.
Let’s Play with Food is the space I created to bring families back to the joy of cooking and connection through food.
Children's Cookbook | Dutch Language | Ages 4–12
Flavours of Europe was born from two of my greatest passions: food and travel.
Creating this book was a huge milestone for me. I had so much fun illustrating every page myself, and I am incredibly proud to have written an entire cookbook in a language that is not my mother tongue!
Through 14 vegetarian recipes inspired by different European countries, children are invited to discover new flavours, cultures and traditions in a fun and accessible way.
Each recipe includes step-by-step photographs that guide children through the cooking process, helping them build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Along the way, they will also find interactive games and activities designed to spark curiosity and make learning even more enjoyable.
My hope is that this book inspires children to see cooking not as a chore, but as an adventure — one that can take them across Europe without ever leaving their kitchen, while discovering new cultures and flavours along the way.
Perfect for families, schools and young food explorers who are curious about the world around them.

My cookbook Smaken van Europa is a playful journey through Europe through food.
It introduces 14 vegetarian recipes inspired by different countries, designed to spark curiosity, confidence and joy in the kitchen.
Created and illustrated by me, it also includes interactive pages and games so children can make it their own — creative, personal and fun.

know me
Ciao, I’m Jasmine.
I help families reconnect with food through simple, joyful cooking experiences.
Food has always been a big part of my life.
For me, it has always meant more than just a necessity.
I grew up in Italy, in my grandmother’s kitchen, where food meant not only comfort but also connection.
That stayed with me.
Even later, during my studies and while working in kitchens and schools abroad, I realised I was always drawn more to the feeling around food than the cooking itself — the moments, the energy, the connection around a table.
Today, I bring that into everything I do: simple, real cooking experiences that help children and families become more curious, confident and connected around food.
Bringing more joy to the table
Food has always been my favourite way of creating connection.
It is how we connect, celebrate, care for ourselves and create memories that stay with us for a lifetime.
Today, I am so grateful to bring that philosophy into my work with children and families through food coaching, educational resources and hands-on cooking experiences.
Whether we are exploring new flavours together, building confidence around food or learning practical kitchen skills, my goal is always the same: to help make food feel more joyful, meaningful and connected.
Because meals are not just something we have to prepare.
Food has the potential to become the glue of our memories, making us feel connected, supported and safe, even during life's most challenging moments.
